A Child's Place
The Corners Society volunteered at ACP to spend time with local area homeless children. Members played dodgeball and other games, as well as donated sports equipment for future use by ACP.
Greater Enrichment Program
Members spent time at GEP which included Healthy Bingo and a Putt-Putt tournament. GEP provides an out-of-school time educational program that is fun and enjoyable for eligible (at-risk) school-age students and their parents in which, they fully realize their potential for academic achievement, cultural/social enrichment, positive self-esteem and productive citizenship.
The Corners Society spent one Saturday morning clearing horse trails and painting fences at the Misty Meadows Mitey Riders facility. Mitey Riders is a non-profit offering theraputic riding and equine assisted activities to special needs children.
